HEANO is a Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). You are invited to join ACHE. Membership with ACHE automatically makes you a HEANO member. Benefits of membership are listed below:

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

  • MEETINGS & PROGRAMS: Meetings are held at least six times per year. The format includes a social time, lunch or dinner, and a presentation by a guest speaker. Speakers are invited from across the country and their topics cover a wide variety of current issues in healthcare administration and management. Guests are always welcome. Continuing education credits are available.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: The Healthcare Executives Association of Northeast Ohio (HEANO) is a professional organization whose members are healthcare executives or managers representing a variety of institutions and interests. HEANO is one of seventy-six local healthcare executive groups in the nation affiliated with the American College of Healthcare Executives(ACHE).

To be the organization of choice for healthcare professionals in Northeast Ohio dedicated to improving the delivery of healthcare in the communities we serve.

HEANO OBJECTIVES

  • Provide an educational forum supporting the professional growth and development of individuals in the field of healthcare administration and related fields.
  • Promote educational programs related to healthcare management issues, processes, techniques, and information. Provide local opportunities for members to network with colleagues throughout the region.
  • Advance professional knowledge through programs designed to address local, regional, and national health interests.
  • Stimulate interest to improve methods of healthcare management.
  • Evaluate critical healthcare issues in northeast Ohio and beyond.
  • Promote the Code of Ethics as defined by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
  • Promote ACHE educational programs and support local ACHE programming.
